Instruction for Affidavits

Print the following text on non-judicial stamp papers of Rs 10 and above. Notary is not required. Put the student id (as available in the reporting slip) in the text as admission/registration/enrollment number.

  1. DECLARATION BY THE STUDENT AGAINST RACISM
  2. DECLARATION BY THE STUDENT ON SEXUAL HARASSMENT
  3. DECLARATION BY PARENT/GUARDIAN AGAINST SEXUAL HARASSMENT

Fill up the online Anti-ragging declaration in the following link and submit the printout of generated affidavit at the time of verification at the Department. Note down the declaration reference number for future reference:
