Guidelines for Applying

  • Register Yourself:: All Applicants are required to register himself/herself in this system. “Username” and “Email id” will be unique ids for this system which will be used for login into the system. Use a valid email-id for registration.
  • Login:: Login with your credential for entering into the system.
  • Dashboard:: This is the landing page after successful login. A list of available courses to apply will be listed.
  • Upload Photo and Signature to access the list of Courses.
  • Apply Now:: Click “Apply Now” button against any course to load the application form. A candidate can apply for more than one course. They are required to pay application fees for each courses separately (if application fee is applicable).
  • Finalise and save:: After furnishing data in the Application form click “Save” button to save data. “Finalise the Application Form and Submit” check box will be activated once all required data is saved. Check the finalise option and Save the form. The Application Form will be generated after verification of Payment. Note the application Number and Pay the requisite Application fees.
  • Payment Portal :: Go to Payment Portal( https://onlinesbi.sbi.bank.in/sbicollect/ ) to pay the application fee. Search “Presidency University” and select “Application fee-UG ADMISSION” option from the drop down menu. Enter requisite information and complete the payment. The applicant is required to pay Rs 500/- (non-refundable) and applicable bank charges.
  • Application Form:: Form will be generated after verification of Payment from University end Application form will be generated with in 2-3 working days after Actual payment date.
  • Submission of Application Form:: Carry the printout of the Application Form at the time of Counselling/ document verification/ Admission test along with the below mentioned documents which are applicable.
    • All Academic Marksheets/Grade cards, Certificates
    • Applicable Certificates for availing reservation (if applicable)
    • Payment Receipt
    • Original Aadhar card

LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM : 1st June, 2026 (4 PM)
